Who we are

Kathy is the owner and founder of Joy Street Weddings. She began her career as a lead planner working for an elite wedding planning company in the Bay Area and the experience and connections she made during her years there created a love for the role. Kathy loves designing and planning weddings that reflect the couple and the experience they hope to share with their loved ones.

• married to her love for 20 years and has 2 awesome kiddos
• loves to travel - Paris is always a go to
• music is life - some favs include Jazz, Hip Hop, Country...
• must have coffee everyday
• loves rainy days and a warm fire 
• can read a book cover to cover in record time
• loves to online shop and then close out the window
